If, like me, you’ve been a self coach for 10 years, and are at the beginning stages of making gains when it comes to your life and personal growth in general, then a bit of self-coaching in terms of studying the subject is definitely not a bad thing. Self-coaching is not just for people with bad habits, but for everyone, no matter what kind of person you are. For example, if you’ve been a great golfer and are ready to get back to top form, you can go over your game with a trainer and see what needs improvement.

Be honest: Ask yourself, “What would make me feel great or happy?” If you can’t figure it out, then don’t do it.
Start with some random question: For example, if you’re like me, it’s impossible to say, “I’d like to grow my upper body”. Well you know what? Ask your best friend “What do you
