A medical condition that requires the help of a mental health professional, like panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder or eating disorders

If you have any of these problems, or just have other health concerns, your best bet is to talk with a professional. And whether this is your first call with a life coach, or your third one since the last one got a little fuzzy, you’re better off asking the right people for honest advice.

What do you really need to get to the best health in your life? A daily glass of water, of course. A study at the University of New England in Australia suggests you don’t need an entire bottle of soda to reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

In the study, researchers fed 24 people one of two diets: one high in saturated fat and one low in saturated fat. The dieters received about 2,000 calories per day while the controls went on a low carbohydrate diet for a more natural approach to health.

After six months, the high-fat dieters had significantly higher serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels that were in line with their high-fat consumption. Those eating the low-fat diet still did better in the study, however.

But it’s worth pointing out that the high-fat diet didn’t have the benefits the low-fat diet had. These results seem to show that the high-fat diet didn’t lead to significant increases in HDL, or good cholesterol, levels — the good kind of cholesterol that can help reduce the risk of heart disease.
