You know that feeling when you have too much to do but can’t do it? That is a feeling you want to eliminate. It’s very common. It takes me weeks to finish my grocery grocery shopping because I want to do every thing I need to do at once. Donate some portion of that busyness to life coach or someone else who understands.

5. Donate to your local community

Local businesses are what keep your neighborhood thriving. Not only does it give you and your friends and coworkers the benefits of the free trade of ideas but it also generates hundreds of jobs. We have to look out for each other, not just for our own self-interest.

There’s no need to sacrifice any of your own time or energy to pursue something else while you sit and wait for something wonderful to come along. I have even met a couple of my online and phone life coaches and they helped me so much that I have never looked for another help in my life. You might hear that there’s a life coach right around your place, but I’ve learned a lot of from them.

This is also a good time to get more involved with your local chapter of the American Institute of Lifespan. They offer an online course in everything from writing to dating to working. What’s great about the institute is that they have a community section where participants can share stories and get together for an online forum meeting — a great place to network and even share life stories about those close to you.

7. Join a support network
