How much does a life coach session cost? – Life Coach Business Plan Sample

For starters, you have to plan ahead. A coach session typically costs between $20 and $30 per hour – more if you’re on a larger team. Depending on the size of your training group, it will also depend on the size of your team, the length of training and the location of the coaching session. For our purposes, we decided on two sessions to give us the best results:

$20 per athlete to work through 5-10 key exercises a day. This is ideal for someone who trains 4- 6 times a week and is working towards a particular goal.

$30 per athlete per day to work through 15-20 key exercises a day for a maximum of 2 hours of work per day. For a more intensive program or a new athlete who needs more time to warm up, see our full workout schedule.

There will be certain things you should expect at your coach session. It’s recommended that you wear comfortable running shoes and warm clothes.

What if I need the help of a coach?

While you don’t need a professional coach to start training, we strongly recommend that you have one to help ensure you get the most out of your session. If you have the option to join a coach group, we recommend that you first get comfortable with the individual work sets and reps, then start looking forward to working out with friends and having fun. A group can also help to connect you with other training athletes who have similar goals and goals that align with yours. Opposition parties claim the government’s move threatens Pakistani democracy.
